What is the 15% Tariff Surcharge and Why Do I Have To Pay It?
Almost all of our products are made in China. The last administration imposed a 36% import tariff fee for products from China, which we have had to charge our customers a partial percentage of. We eat 21% of this fee, while charging our customers the remaining 15%. This is an industry standard with companies like ours, with their manufacturers outside of the US.
Do We Have Locally Sourced Products?
Yes! All of our promotional items are sourced and printed right here in Columbia, Maryland. Our Pre-Roll Cones are also manufactured in the US.
Do We Offer Biodegradable/Sustainable Packaging?
Not yet, but we are actively working on it!
What Are Our Shipping Time Estimates?
All of our orders ship within 1 - 4 days after payment is received.
Shipping takes roughly 7-10 business days unless specified otherwise.
Do We Ship Internationally?
Yes we can! Please give us a call for more information, as we do have some limitations with international shipments and payments.
Do We Offer Free Shipping?
No, not at the moment.
Do We Have warehouses in Just Maryland?
Nope! We have bi-coastal warehouses in Jessup, MD and Fontana, CA.

What Are Our Shipping Options?
- Air Shipping - 7 to 10 Business Days.
- Sea Freight - Upwards of 2 months.
How Long Does The Customization Process Take?
Customization times vary per product, but will roughly take 1 - 3 months.
What Type of Art File Do I Need?
Our designers prefer to have a vector file, or an editable file (.psd, .ai, or press ready .pdf). If your file is non-editable (.png, .jpg, .eps, .pdf), you are subject to a higher design fee for recreation of the image.
Do We Have Artwork Fee's?
Yes, we have a design tier system. Based on your artwork and your wants for your branding, they will estimate a design tier that fits your project.
What Are Our Lead Times?
Lead times vary from product to product. Please contact us for specific estimates.

We have multiple factories in Asia and North America.
